I am an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior at the Yale School of Management. I hold a PhD in Behavioral Science from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Some of my ongoing research examines why people adjust their impressions of applicants more after learning that they experienced disadvantage than advantage and how people judge the fairness of outcomes that stem from both luck and merit.
